This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Educator preparation program improvement goals for the upcoming program year
Goal #1
BPSTF will convene a stakeholder group, which will serve in an advisory capacity and meet quarterly, to continuously review Fellow performance data and prioritize the implementation of program improvement strategies.
Goal #2
BPSTF will provide onboarding and regularly scheduled convenings of Supervising Practitioners to deliver refined professional development that will support their efforts to improve candidate effectiveness.
Goal #3
BPSTF will increase the capacity of its Program Supervisors to effectively coach candidates by developing and delivering tailored professional development around an effective model of coaching.
