This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

We have been successful in tracking the progress of our students more closely so that we are scheduling an appropriate number of courses for our students' needs each semester.

Discussion of integration of the two programs is still ongoing; the department is exploring the impact it will have on faculty workload

Individual program faculty have met to discuss how the curriculum can be modified while still meeting the state requirements.

Development of certificate programs is ongoing. We expect approval of the transition certificate program from DESE in time to recruit a cohort for fall 2014

Integration of ESL content into the general education program has been achieved with the SEI course; effort to integrate more SPED content is ongoing
