This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Goal #1
Implement and undergraduate elementary and middle/secondary teacher licenser double major/minor.
Goal #2
Increase enrollment in high need areas STEM. ECH, and Moderate Disabilities.
Goal #3
Evaluate under or non-enrollee programs and further develop high needs programs.

Development of an elementary and secondary baccalaureate minor.
Goal #2
Incorporate RETELL in all subject preparation and EdAdmin programs.
Goal #3
Increase enrollment in high need areas (Early Childhood, ESL, and STEM).
Progress Toward Goals - 2013
Progress made toward prior program year goals
Goal #1
These undergraduate minors are in the final stage of creation and will be moving through University governance for a targeted admission cycle beginning spring, 2015.
Goal #2
RETELL has been approved and incorporated as part of initial license teacher preparation programs. Plans to include RETELL into Ed Admin programs has been submitted to DESE for approval.
Goal #3
Increased recruitment and the development of recruitment strategies. Exploration of grants to support STEM teacher candidates.
